When Miss Daisys moved in to their new offices in Hortonwood Telford they needed a phone system that could help them keep up with their rapidly growing business.

We installed our 3CX Local package on their existing file server. They make use of many of the features in 3CX professional edition including, Voicemail, Ring groups, Digital receptionist and 3CX MyPhone.

Through a single broadband connection Miss Daisys have regular Internet and Email access and run 3CX with 8 Yealink T-22/T-28 handsets. To ensure the quality of the phone calls we installed a Draytek QoS capable router.
